Project Management: Botshabelo Medical Complex in Lesotho

The project entailed investigations, preliminary design and detailed design and site supervision for a new health care facility at the Botshabelo Site in Maseru, Lesotho. The design included excavations, RC raft foundations, RC slabs, RC columns, and structural steel roof trusses. It also included all parking and open-spaced areas plus all civil services such as water, storm water and sewer services.

Bucket Eradication Programme (BEP) in Excelsior

This included the project management of the removal of the bucket system and replacement to waterborne sewerage for 2 200 sites. Scope of the work included investigation, preparation and submission of technical reports along with the MIG registrations; the planning; design; tender documents; tender adjudication; contract administration and supervision of the above applications.
