Tony White is a civil engineer with over 30 years of consulting engineering experience. Over the years, he has gained extensive knowledge and expertise in the civil engineering field, with emphasis on township infrastructure development (roads, storm-water, sewers, water, earthworks), Bulk Services and Retail and Commercial Projects.

His key expertise includes: Preliminary investigations, reports, planning and design of engineering services; Contract documentation and administration; Construction Monitoring and Project implementation and management.

He has been a member of the ILISO Consulting (Pty) Ltd. (now trading as NAKO ILISO) team since 2002 and was appointed as Technical Director of Infrastructure Eastern Cape in 2007, and then as the Managing Director for the Infrastructure Business Unit in 2018.
