NAKO ILISO is a professional engineering company providing Civil Engineering, environmental Management and Construction Project Management services. We have fulltime offices in all major centres in South Africa, Namibia, Zambia and Uganda and also undertake projects beyond our borders in collaboration with strategic partners located in the various countries.

As part of our commitment to the development of the industry, NAKO ILISO offers bursaries to students that wish to pursue a career in Civil Engineering at any South African University. Part of the initiation is to ensure that as the company we develop women in the engineering field. We are a company that believes in women development. Bursaries are awarded in the following levels:

• BSc Civil Engineering
• BEng Civil Engineering
• BTech Civil Engineering

Bursaries are only awarded to above average academic achievers(65% and above) in the current field of study and only from second year level. Bursaries will cover where applicable, registration, tuition, study books and boarding fees.
