ILISO CONSULTING (Pty) Ltd is a wholly owned South African firm of Consulting Engineers and Project Managers. This Company came into being as a result of merger in November 2000 between Messrs Fongoqa Skade & Toyi (established in 1995) and Messrs Boonzaaier Dotwana & Associates (established in 1996). In July 2001, Maxplan KZN (Established in 1996) became part of ILISO CONSULTING. The Company is an Affirmable Professional Services Provider in terms of current Government policies due to its ownership and management structure.

As a member of the South African Association of Consulting Engineers (SAACE) and SABTACO (South African Black Technical allied Careers Organisation), the Company is fully committed to providing participation, opportunities and meaningful upliftment to those who were denied development in the past.

ILISO CONSULTING has offices located in Bethlehem, Bloemfontein, Cape Town, Durban, East London, Port Elizabeth and Roodepoort.
